General handyman/Apartment Manager to maintain rental properties
We are looking for a friendly, honest and reliable individual to repair, maintain, improve and renovate apartment rentals. Must have experience and knowledge of light construction work, minor carpentry or framing, patching, painting drywalls, and finishing doors and walls, installing or replacement of household appliances, basic cement work, installing tiles, light plumbing, installing and repairing sinks, drains and toilets, clean up and common sense make-it ready to re-rent apartments. Must be ready to work full time, have cell phone, reliable vehicle with insurance, tools, references and prior employers to call on.
