Prices and Monthly Rent: Our asking price and monthly rent are set to be about 10% lower than comparable rentals in the neighborhood. Should you feel our price is high, we gladly consider your comparable and reset our asking price. This will guarantee you will get the best home rental with the least amount of monthly rent. Our goal is to have the lowest vacancy rate and pass on these savings to our tenants. Most of our properties will rent out while the old tenant still resides in the unit. We appreciate our tenants’ cooperation and our potential tenants’ understanding in this regard. Proudly we have the lowest vacancy rate among property management companies in our area and as a result, we can offer lower rent, long-term tenancy, and cooperative and happy relationships. Short-term tenancy, temporary, month-to-month, and furnished home is available at higher monthly rent. We are a pet-friendly property Management Company and we have experienced pet damage and pet disturbances. We may require a pet deposit of up to one month's rent and pet rent of up to 10% of the rent amount based on pet ownership responsibility, pet history, pet obedience training classes, and pet safety records and documentation provided.
